Are you a complete beginner? I can teach you the fundamentals of the Italian language.
For intermediate and advanced speakers, I can help you improve your knowledge of the Italian language and culture.

I have taught Italian to English speakers for the last 20 years (2 years in London UK and 18 years in New York).
I have worked as a translator in both Italy and the US.
I have worked in the movie industry creating subtitles for English and US movies for RAI Italian public TV.
I was born in Rome, where I studied Classics including Italian Literature, Latin and ancient Greek.
On a side note, I have been the Italian language instructor for many celebrities including Mario Batali (from Iron Chef) and Hollywood actor Wass Stevens (House of Cards, The Wrestler, Brooklyn's Finest, Law & Order).
I'm featured on ITALIAN 101 (TRAVEL LINGUIST DVD).
I provide all the learning material, including exercises, photocopies, links, etc. I have created my own curriculum which I continue to improve and update.

Introduction to Italian Workshop for Beginners on Zoom
This is a workshops designed to introduce the complete beginner to the Italian language. Are you a beginner? Not sure where to start? I now offer a workshop created specifically for beginners! This workshop is very much structured. The goal is to introduce the beginner student to the basics of the language. We cover different aspects of grammar, pronunciation, reading and conversation basic skills.
Each Beginners' Workshop is $60 per student (4 sessions of 30 minutes each). Space is limited! I'm keeping these workshops to 5 people max.

Italian Conversation: Intermediate Class on Zoom
These classes will be dedicated to intermediate speakers. Each member of the group is encouraged to participate. We will focus on pronunciation, sentences with simple structure and different ways to express the past tense.
Each class is $7.50 per student (plus a small Paypal/CC fee). This class has a maximum capacity of 5 students and is on a first come first serve basis.
